Emergency Assistance & Program Fund 💝 $35,000 Matching Challenge

As the year draws to a close, we are asking for your help to replenish our Emergency Assistance Fund and provide support for our vital programs at Choice in Aging.

The Emergency Assistance Fund helps our participants and their families pay for bills, gas, transportation, groceries, rent, clothing, or other urgent needs that can't be funded through our existing programs. These small grants, up to $750 per request, offer a lifeline when no other resources are available.

Your year-end contribution will also help bridge the critical funding gap for our Adult Day Health Care centers. Each day of care offers nutritious meals, therapeutic services, meaningful activities, and the social connection our participants rely on. However, reimbursement rates fall short of the true cost of care, leaving no room in the budget for the “extras” that bring joy — live music, art therapy, celebrations, and the supplies that make each day feel special four our beloved participants. With your support, we can ensure no one is left without assistance or the chance to experience joy!
