As the year-end nears, we are asking for your help to replenish our Emergency Assistance Fund and provide support for our programs.

Choice in Aging's Emergency Assistance Fund was created to help our participants and their families pay for bills, gas, transportation, groceries, rent, clothing, or other urgent needs that can't be funded through our existing programs. Grants are up to $750 per request.

Our Year-End Giving Campaign will also help bridge the gap in funding for our Adult Day Health Care centers. Each day of care includes nutritious meals, therapies, and much-needed socialization. Unfortunately, our reimbursements are significantly lower than the cost of providing our services, leaving no budget for “extras" such as live music, arts & crafts, celebrations, and supplies that make each day special for our participants. With your support, we can ensure no one is left without assistance or the chance to experience joy!
